Does Evolve ship to address outside of the United States?
We currently only ship medication to U.S. postal addresses. We do offer bloodwork options for Canadian residents. They can be purchased here. Please check back in with us as we continue to explore international options in 2021.
Does Evolve bill insurance directly or accept my insurance?
We accept HSA and FSA cards, but we do not bill directly with insurance companies.
I need help analyzing my lab results, but I live outside of the United States, can Evolve help?
Absolutely. We offer full access to our highly experienced and knowledgeable physicians, to anyone, anywhere in the world, via a video call. The physician will gladly review your labs and answer your questions. You may purchase the consultation here. Please note that we cannot ship medication outside of the United States at this time.
Does Evolve offer lab services outside of the United States?
At this time, we can service lab requests within the United States and Canada. We are currently working on options to expand our lab services. Please check back in the next 1-2 months for an update.

I had lab work done recently. Can I use them to get started with treatment at Evolve?
In most cases, labs from another wellness clinic will work and eliminate the need to purchase lab work at Evolve. However, those results must include specific key markers that help our clinical staff make the best decisions for your treatment and overall health. To determine whether your current lab work qualifies, we recommend emailing a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org or scheduling a complimentary intake with one of our Patient Care Coordinators here, who can quickly make the determination for you.

I recently placed an order for medication but haven’t received it yet, or a tracking number. When will it arrive?
We don’t enjoy waiting for our orders either! Unfortunately, we wait for our orders the same as our patients. Our partner pharmacies compound, pack, and ship each order as they are placed to ensure the freshest, most effective medication possible. It may take around 10 business days for your order to arrive to you. Rest assured that Evolve does everything in our power to get each order processed as quickly as possible.
I’m ready to get started with Evolve, but can you assure me that I get the type/dose of medication I’m looking for?
There are several factors the clinical team takes into consideration to determine whether you are a candidate for treatment or not, including age, current health, lab results, and past medical issues, to name a few. With that in mind, we can not guarantee treatment. However, if you begin a customized program with us, we can ensure that you will have access to the industry’s most knowledgeable and passionate optimization team. Our team will help you achieve whatever goal you may have!
What does a treatment plan at Evolve cost?
Since each treatment plan is customized to meet your specific lifestyle goals, the cost will vary from person to person. For most, a very effective hormone optimization plan starts at around $75 per month.
Do I need bloodwork to start hair restoration, skin, or sexual wellness treatment?
No, in the vast majority of cases. Hair restoration, skincare, and sexual wellness medication that do not contain controlled drugs (i.e., Cialis & Viagra) only require a simple health history form. You can complete it here to begin today!
